How do I return an item?

Return Policy on All Digital Frame Products

If you are not fully satisfied with your new digital frame in the first 2 weeks (14 days) after the delivery date, you can return your digital frame to us for a full refund or a credit toward another product. Simply contact our customer support staff to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Big E Frame products are subject to the manufacturers return policy:

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your frame you may return it for a refund or exchange. Please call first. This offer is only valid if the unit is returned in perfect like new condition. Each digital frame must be post marked within 5 calendar days of the delivery date. Each digital frame must have original box and packaging. All returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee after this period. Shipping costs will not be refunded and purchaser is responsible for return shipping to our facility. No returns accepted after 15 days of receipt of product. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for a return check
Example: If your purchase was for one digital picture frame at $499.00, and you returned it after the 5 day grace period and before the 15 day restocking period, you would get a return of $409.18. If your unit is returned in bad condition due to your neglect, no refund will be awarded. Please do not scratch the screens when repackaging. Place cords to the back of screen when boxing."

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a completely new item at our expense.

Requests for replacement parts or items must be received within 1 week (7 days) of the delivery date and will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

If your product is damaged or defective after the first week, then repair or replacement will be covered by the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact our customer support staff if you need assistance with this process.

Credit and Return Time

Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. After receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited in approximately 2 business days.

All refunds are solely for the purchase price of the product and do not include the cost of shipping. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Canceling Your Order

If you placed an order with alldigitalframes.com but decide to cancel it, please email info@alldigitalframes.com within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Even after four hours, our customer support staff will do all they can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped, but there is no guarantee that the order can be stopped in time.
